Factory Overview
- Covering an area of 20,000 Sq ft, situated in Gurgaon.
- We have production capacity 7000 sq ft of plated area per day.
Molding Capacity
- We have four ‘state-of-the-art ‘ Injection molding machines of 90,150 and 230 Tons , with M.T.C, Robotics and Dryers and more have been planned for near future.
Automatic Plating Line
- We commissioned our new Fully Automatic Plating Plant in January 2008. The plant has a capacity to produce 144000 sq. meters per annum.
- We have a highly skilled work force operating our plant, having in-house experience of over 20 years in this field. Further training is also being imparted to our technical team from time to time, for introducing new techniques and improving their skills.
Water Management
- WATER is the heart of plating. It is therefore very important to control the quality of water going into the plant. It is only with this that we can accurately control the parameters of our plating baths.
- PRE-TREATMENT: We draw our water needs from the ground. Water is first passed through a multi-bed filter unit for removal of all suspended impurities. Then it passes through RO membranes and multiple towers of ion-resins. This results in an output of water which is soft as well as de-mineralized.
- POWER SHOWER RINSES: To reduce the consumption of running water, resulting in lesser effluent discharge.
- EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT: We have installed a modern Continuous Process Effluent Treatment Plant.
Air Management
- Two air supply units have been installed to provide upto10 microns filtered clean fresh air into the automatic line area to maintain a positive pressure to keep out dust.
- A highly efficient wet scrubber system washes all the fumes from the tanks.
Power Back-up
- Generator back-up with AMF Panel for instant
start up in case of electrical failures. All the
rectifiers are having continuous power supply
through UPS system.
- Spares : All necessary and critical spares are
maintained in house for emergency needs
including motors, pumps, electrical
parts, thermo couples, process instruments, etc.
- All records of Production and Quality are
mantained with Backup for future references.
